Torun

Torun (pl. Toruń) - a city in centre Poland. Famous for being the place, where Nicolaus Copernicus was born. Torun is one of the candidates for the European Culture Centre in 2016. There are over 200 000 people living there, many of them are studends of the Nicolaus Copernicus University (UMK).
