[edit] Possible confusion with contributor's name

The article with the two-word-plus-colon heading is in the main (or "article") namespace. It was mostly created by User:Digitalvillages, and a recent big bunch of changes seems to have had that user following an anonymous user, who was probably the same person: http://cities.wikia.com/index.php?title=Digital_Villages:&diff=next&oldid=3281.

Nothing wrong with that - but the Babel templates belong on the user page, not on the article.
